Join us for a new artist-led concert series for adventurous music, sound art, and performances curated by Raub Roy of Horaflora.

Raub Roy is a multidisciplinary sound artist, organizer, and technician working in experimental music, electroacoustic performance, field recording, and site-responsive sound. Performing under the names Horaflora and Scy1e, Roy builds immersive listening situations from radios, small speakers, cassette players, resonant rooms, reverb, feedback, and semi-autonomous sound-making systems.

Comfort Link is the experimental tape-manipulation and noise project of Baltimore-based sound artist Timothy Wisniewski, who also runs the sPLeeNCoFFiN label. The project explores lo-fi audio textures, reel-to-reel manipulation, saturated sound collage, cassette loops, and disorienting soundscapes.

Liz Meredith is a violist, improviser, and composer from Baltimore whose music explores acoustic chamber music, instrumental improvisation, electroacoustic composition, and ambient sound. She has performed at rock clubs, DIY spaces, galleries, chamber venues, festivals, and academic conferences throughout the United States.

Meredith’s career highlights include performances at Signal Flow Festival, Mills College; High Zero Festival; the Baltimore Museum of Art; the Walters Art Museum; and The Stone in New York. Her recordings include solo albums and collaborations with John Somers, and she has studied composition with Fred Frith and viola performance with Hank Dutt of the Kronos Quartet.
