We’re a community of intentional beings practicing dance for our individual and collective spiritual awareness, healing, growth and insight.

Our intention is to co-create a sacred container that feels safe, inclusive, and accepting where all parts of you are welcome: laughter, tears, anger, joy, stillness, movement, shaking, rolling, stomping, toning.

Please join us with an open mind and let yourself be moved physically, emotionally and spiritually. No dance experience, or shoes or partner is necessary.
