Relaxation, playfulness, and meaningful connection with your world. Let me show you how!
I guide Forest Immersion Experiences — aka forest bathing. During your experience, you will be offered guided prompts, or “invitations,” that tap into all your senses. We’ll enjoy a combination of sitting, walking, and meandering over about a half mile of easy to moderate terrain. The guided invitations encourage mindfulness and range from contemplative to playful interaction with nature. It all begins with a sensory-awakening meditation to still your mind and connect with your world in new ways. This immersive experience is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to relax, let your curiosity wander, and be inspired by nature.
Immersions are guided on Southern Vermont’s conservation land, farmland, and nature centers. Public events and privately guided individuals and groups, ranging from mini-retreats of 2 hours to full-day retreats.
I look forward to being your guide.
