HatchSpace
is a nonprofit woodworking school and community workshop in downtown Brattleboro, Vermont. Our mission is to celebrate and advance the learning, practice, and cultural varieties of woodworking by providing access to the tools and training necessary to build what you love.
We offer classes for all skill levels, taught by experienced instructors who share a deep knowledge of wood as a material. Our 8,000-square-foot facility is fully equipped with tools and equipment ranging from hand-held tools to industrial-scale machines, providing a lifetime of learning and making opportunities.
As a community-driven organization, we value learning, access, inclusion, creativity, and sustainability. We strive to create a welcoming environment that encourages lifelong, hands-on learning and builds creative confidence in woodworking.
Join us at HatchSpace to build what you love and connect with a community that shares your passion for woodworking.
