Moriarty’s Daughters

Moriarty’s Daughters is a unique and engaging performance that tells a story of mystery and adventure, where students bring to life the world of detective fiction. Sherlock Holmes is a household name, yet few people know that his deadly arch-nemesis, the sinister Professor Moriarty, was based on a real person! Though this show is a fictionalized version of his family’s life, the values it extols are very real. As we follow Louise and Lucy on their journey to solve a family mystery, we remember that seeking the truth is always of the utmost importance, even when it leads us to dark and dangerous places.

“This is a challenging show, simply put. This cast has done an incredible job with the material, and I am honored to have directed them.” says Moses Fisher, MoCo’s Middle School Play Director, “It has been truly astounding to watch our young actors as they tackle tough emotional scenes, learn a ballroom dance in a single rehearsal, and eagerly explore hidden passageways, family secrets, and lots of sword fighting.”

Tickets for Moriarty’s Daughters are available by calling (603) 357-2100. A livestream option is available for $20 per household and can be purchased by visiting moco.org/performances. Don’t miss the chance to witness the future stars of the theater world as they take the stage.
