Stratton Mountain’s annual HarvestFest Weekend celebration continues on Sunday evening with Start Making Sense, a Talking Heads Tribute Band, on October 8, 2023.
The outdoor stage is set for live music by Start Making Sense. The musicians in this 7-10 piece Talking Heads Tribute take pride in faithfully recreating the music of Talking Heads entire career. Together they bring much of the Heads unique live show to the stage, with front man Jon Braun as a spot-on David Byrne, giving you a “once in a lifetime” experience. Prepare yourself for a rockin’, funkin’, danceable celebration of the new-wave art punk you loved from the 80’s
Doors at 5:30pm. Opener 6-7pm. Start Making Sense 7-9:30pm. Concert Tickets can be purchased online and then picked up at the HUB (Next to Gondola), Guest Services (Base Area), Black Bear Lodge or the Welcome Center. Ticket prices are below. Kid’s 3 & Under are free but must be seen at ticket window to receive their free ticket.
