Wake up the body as Emily Jo guides you through a GENTLE yoga practice to explore the specific energy center theme of the month.

Experience a deeply relaxing guided meditation, known as “yoga nidra”, inviting imagery associated with the monthly chakra theme.

Integrate during a 30 minute sound immersion, bathing in the transportive vibrations of pure toned crystal bowls, metal singling bowls, gongs, and chimes.

Hot tea will be served as you return to the present moment and the sacred space of our practice together. You will find yourself feeling centered, energized, and integrated in body, mind, and spirit. This practice is appropriate for all bodies and beings, with no experience necessary.
