New for Fall 2023 — The Nature Museum in Grafton now offers TWO monthly sessions for preschoolers!
One is our educational program developed just for ages 3-6 with monthly themes. The second option is a by-donation Playgroup.

Held twice a month on Friday mornings, Mighty Acorns invites young adventurers to explore the natural world through interactive and hands-on lessons, activities, and outdoor adventures. Held outside as much as possible, come prepared for the weather.

Our October Preschool Sessions:

October: A Closer Look at Leaves
Friday 10/20/23 10AM – 11:30AM
$9 per child, registration required

Autumn is a time of change and colorful wonder here in Vermont. There are so many new colors, smells, and even tastes! We’ll learn more about why fall is a special time in the natural world and focus on one of the most vibrant changes we see in the fall, colorful leaves! Be ready to investigate fall leaves and take an adventure into the fall forest where we’ll explore and discover with new eyes.

Our next PLAYGROUP is Friday 11/10/23 10AM – 12:00, by donation and not registration needed.
