An all-age, family-friendly workshop, which has been a tradition at RGS since the beginning of the school, this afternoon of fun creativity engages you in putting together every sort of material into angels, shepherds, kings and queens, demons or beasts of your own imagining. Don’t worry if you think you can’t, you’ll be amazed at what you can do with a little inspiration and a lot choice! Creations from previous years can help spark your imagination, and teachers will be on hand if you want some suggestions or help.

Let the bounty of found objects and trimmings delight you as you cobble together something entirely your own. Choose from the wonderful materials provided such as fabric, lace, wood, wire, metal, hardware, and treasures from nature. Feel free to bring materials of your own. Spend time with your family and friends while making artful creations. Make as many pieces as you like. Bring them all home for holiday decorations or gifts or donate a piece and we’ll hang it in the December exhibit and fundraiser.

All ages are welcome! Children must be accompanied by an adult.
