Kaki King

Kaki King brings her singular guitar work and multimedia artistry to the Stone Church.

Dubbed by Rolling Stone as “a genre unto herself,” the Brooklyn-based artist has shared stages with Dave Grohl and performed at venues and festivals including the London Jazz Festival and Paris’s Les Femmes s’en Melent. Her work for film includes music for Sean Penn’s Into the Wild.

King’s explorations of guitar, movement, and visual performance have led to groundbreaking productions including The Neck Is a Bridge to the Body and BUGS, a multimedia musical work for children. Her recent releases include the 2025 EP Tutto Passa and SEI, a soundtrack to a performance piece in which guitarists become dancers.
