Join Dosa Kitchen Food Truck to celebrate the opening of their 10th season.

Dosa Kitchen Food Truck is located at 209 Austine Drive in Brattleboro on the Winston Prouty Campus (beyond the Winter Farmers’ Market location). Hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 11:30-3:30.

Dosa Kitchen is the culinary collaboration of Nash Patel, who grew up eating dosas in Hyderabad, India, and Leda Scheintaub, a New York cookbook author. After the couple moved to Vermont, they launched the Dosa Kitchen food truck to share their love for the dosa and passion for local food.  Nash and Leda went on to write the first US cookbook on dosas, Dosa Kitchen: Recipes for India’s Favorite Street Food, which was published by Penguin Random House in 2018. Motivated by customer comments that their dosa batter is the best, they started packaging it and are now selling it regionally with expansion plans.
