It’s time for a huge autumnal Critical Mass Ride! We’ll head out from the Brattleboro Common to the final outdoor Gallery Walk of the season. Upon our arrival, Gallery Walk volunteers will part the crowd for us and even pause the music to announce our ride as we loop around the Harmony Parking Lot. So cool! Start location: Brattleboro Common @ 5:30 Ending at: Gallery Walk Bike Petting Zoo: Grassy square at Harmony Lot – Kids & all bike types welcome. – Decorate yourself & your bike in creative seasonal colors – leaves, pumpkins, whatever suits your fancy (all optional) – Have lights, bells & get ready for a blast. – Note: We’ll want the cargo bike community to be up in front to strongly demonstrate the great change happening in our town & beyond After all that fun we’ll set up our Bike Petting Zoo for Walk participants to sneak a peek at our trusty steeds & the amazing movement we have created in our community. You can choose to hang out with your bike specimen at the Zoo chatting it up with the curious or take part in the Walk and leave your ride at the Zoo. We’ll watch it for you. Available to help coordinate the ride and/or Zoo? Let us know. There’s also a thought about putting together some yummy food and drink for our riding folk. For that to happen we’ll need an organizer. Any helpers on that? Additionally, for those wanting to stay on later and would like to ride back with others, perhaps we can set you up with riders heading back to your neck of town.
