We will be gathering outside around the fire on private land the first and third Monday of each month from 7:15-9pm.

This is a safe, loving space with the invitation for you to be present with yourself and others. It is a space that offers an opportunity to move stagnant energy or emotions, and offers nourishment for the body and soul. Drumming helps us to ground into our bodies and connect deeply with the Earth. This is a way for us to gather as a community in a form of prayer and authentic expression.

We will open the space with intention setting, a meditation practice, and then will move into the conscious drumming practice. The circle will include other forms of organic expression such as toning, singing, movement, and emotional release. We will close the circle with a sharing of our experience together, and an honoring of our process.

No experience necessary. This space is intended for adults but older kids are welcome as long as they are able and willing to participate with us, and are respectful of the space we are holding. Thank you 🙏🏼

Please bring your own drum or rattle, or just bring yourself. We do have a few extra drums to offer for those who need one.
