If the weather is nice out, we start at 11:00 am and we dance outdoors. Please email lesandbeninvermont@gmail.com for the private address. (We don’t post it publicly.) If it’s raining or cold, we start at Noon (12:00 PM) and we dance at Inner Heat Yoga at 464 Putney Rd. Brattleboro (near The Marina).

We’re a community of intentional beings practicing dance for our individual and collective spiritual awareness, healing, growth and insight.
Conscious dances are a beautiful way to:

Our intention is to co-create a sacred container that feels safe, inclusive, and accepting where all parts of you are welcome: laughter, tears, anger, joy, stillness, movement, shaking, rolling, stomping, toning.

Please join us with an open mind and let yourself be moved physically, emotionally and spiritually. No dance experience, or shoes or partner is necessary.
