The inherent calling that we all have to be present is growing amidst the sometimes overwhelming political and environmental chaos that has become commonplace in our daily lives. If you are interested in meditating, making art, and gathering together to look at and talk about the creative process, this class is for you.
Everyone is welcome, including beginning artists and meditators as well as people who have a regular practice. The classes will include time to meditate, time to make art, and time to gather together in community and reflect.
