Ever want to be Queen for a day? River Garden Marketplace is offering two opportunities to see how it’s done during Pride Month with two performances from some of the area’s most fabulously talented drag queens. Dine and Drag, a live drag show, will be presented with no cover charge at the venue June 9 and 23, from 8-10 pm.
Hosted by Izzy DunRaven, and a cast including Egg the Scalion, Midnight, Veronica Lockhart, and Giri Spades, the evening promises song, dance, and witty banter along with stunning costumes and more than a few surprises.
“As we enter into Pride Month, we realized there was no dedicated space for Brattleboro’s queer population and allies to celebrate who they are,” said Brandon Robinson, general manager of River Garden Marketplace and the Station at Whetstone Beer Co. “We are happy to provide that space and hope to expand upon these dates in the future.”
