Classes are geared towards helping beginning to advanced students to strengthen and find a unique connection through the body with yoga techniques to approach inversions. This connection starts by building strength, flexibility, and endurance in our handstand practice.
Being upside down calms the nervous system, stimulates circulation throughout the body, and makes us head-to-toe stronger.
It’s worth it.
