We all know Re Sheppard as a hard-working, hard-rocking beauty of Brattleboro! A beacon of the downtown scene, she has expressed herself through every creative medium: art, theatre, circus, and music.
Generous, dedicated to her crafts, and a pleasure to be in the presence of.
What perhaps we’re not all aware of, though, is that Re is currently undergoing treatment to beat her advanced cancer diagnosis.
THIS IS A SPECIAL EVENT
A meeting of the musical minds, so to speak. A gathering of talent – bands that Re has either personally played with, is currently playing with, shared a bill with, or inspired in some way – coming together to raise funds for a dear friend & fellow musician in need.
Unparalleled in her support of others, it’s time to give back tenfold, and support a Local Hero. The Stone Church has humbly opened its doors for this gig, and we intend to play our hearts out for her!
