Queralt Giralt Soler Trio

Cellist, vocalist, and composer Queralt Giralt Soler brings her deeply expressive trio to the stage for an evening of genre-blurring original music and reimagined works. Blending classical training with Catalan folk traditions, jazz, and contemporary sounds, she weaves cello and voice into an intimate, singular musical language. Joined by Mahya Hamedi (piano, percussion, vocals) and Bahar Badiei (oud, vocals), the trio performs Giralt Soler’s compositions alongside inspired interpretations of music by Hermeto Pascoal and Paco de Lucía—lyrical, adventurous, and deeply personal.
