That’s right. L’Eclair is back for a second swing through New England to sell you on more of their madly psychedelic grooves — reminiscent of CAN, Tangerine Dream, and early Tortoise (think TNT).
The poly-moody six-piece ensemble from Geneva bridges more genres than I have fingers to count with: funk, disco, electronics, prog, jazz, krautrock, afrobeat, house, beat-tape, Madchester, and ambient styles among them. The range of influences is dizzying. The sound is totally propulsive.
