Join us for this 4 part meditation workshop on creating (or returning to) your own practice. We will explore the way the mind works and introduce techniques for taming the daily distractions and creating everyday mindfulness. We’ll meet weekly and build a manageable meditation practice.
No meditation experience required. New and experienced meditators are encouraged to come. We can all grow and explore further together.
