ERIN MCKEOWN is a musician, writer, and producer who has released 11 albums since her 2000 debut, Distillation. As a bandleader, she has performed at Bonnaroo, Glastonbury, and Newport Folk Festivals. McKeown’s songs are a familiar presence on NPR and the BBC and have appeared in commercials, film, and television. A graduate of Brown, Erin has been a resident artist at Providence, RI’s AS220, a 2011 fellow at Harvard’s Berkman-Klein Center, the recipient of a 2016 writing fellowship
from The Studios of Key West, and a 2020-21 Professor of the Practice at Brown University. Her first musical, Miss You Like Hell, co-written with Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Quiara Alegría Hudes, premiered Off-Broadway at The Public Theater, garnered 5 Drama Desk Nominations, and was named “Best Musical of 2018” by the Wall Street Journal. Her latest album is Kiss Off Kiss, released in September 2021.
SPOUSE, hailing from New England and parts beyond have enjoyed 27 years of writing, recording, and playing their own unique style of frenetic, melodic, indie rock and pop. The band, led by Jose Ayerve(vocals, guitar) and J.J. O’Connell(drums, vocals), is a collaborative of several musicians local and abroad combining influences from all of them.
