At this special two hour event co-hosted by Mitchell-Giddings Fine Arts and Vermont insight Meditation Center, David Hinton will read from his new book, Orient: Two walks at the Edge of Human. Hinton blends poetry and prose in this book, taking readers “on two walks into the wild beauty and archaeological ruins of the desert Southwest, where he maps the edges of consciousness and our place in the cosmos.”
The event will feature an interview between Hinton and gallery co-owner Petria Mitchell and a G&A session, as well as a book signing.
