Her diverse musical collaborations include artists like Cat Power and Earth, showcasing her unique ability to bring genres together. In a nod to Vermont’s rich musical heritage, the Vermont Historical Society has launched an exhibit highlighting the state’s early songwriting legacy. “Vermont’s Tunebook Tradition: Composers, Compilers & Singers of Psalmody (1790-2025)” showcases seven tunebooks that shed light on the state’s musical roots, with stories of musicians spanning over two centuries. This intriguing exhibit can be explored at the Vermont History Museum in Montpelier until December.
