Stone Church welcomes Shawn Mullins for an unforgettable evening of storytelling and song, with special guest Jennifer Lynn Simpson.
🎸 Shawn Mullins
After years of indie releases and Atlanta buzz, Shawn Mullins broke through with 1998’s Soul’s Core and the Grammy-nominated No. 1 hit “Lullaby.” He followed with the AAA/Americana chart-topper “Beautiful Wreck” from 9th Ward Pickin’ Parlor. Other highlights include:
-
“Shimmer” — featured in the 2000 Sydney Olympics campaign and Dawson’s Creek soundtrack.
-
“All in My Head” — featured on Scrubs.
-
Co-writer of Zac Brown Band’s No. 1 country hit “Toes.”
-
Member of early-2000s supergroup The Thorns with Matthew Sweet and Pete Droge.
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Soul’s Core, Mullins released Soul’s Core Revival, reimagining the songs in two ways: intimate solo renditions and full-band recordings with Soul Carnival.
