Join Kirk Jones of Evolvlove Sound Therapy (evolvlove.com) and Handpan Maestro Jed Blume (jedblume.com) for an immersive resonant experience of sound and vibration. Tone-matched gongs, hand pans, and crystal bowls will create an enveloping soundscape, while large bronze singing bowls are rung and sung on the front and back of the body (if you choose). This session is designed to clear energetic and muscle tension, guiding you to healing within and bringing you and your nervous system into deep restorative relaxation.

Bring a yoga mat (or chair) and whatever you need to feel comfortable lying down (or sitting) for 90 minutes. There are plenty of mats, blankets, and bolsters available onsite as well.
