Brattleboro native Audrey Batchelder has created a series of large format woodcut prints, pulling from her connection to place, self, grief, loss and belonging. She is inspired by the contrasts she often experiences in herself and in this beautiful, bleeding heart of a world – tender and tough, dark and delicate, ephemeral and enduring.
