Dario Guizler is a hardworking carpenter based in Burlington, Vermont, who has renovated over a hundred houses and apartments in the area. Originally from Uruguay, Guizler moved to the United States at age 18 and worked his way up, learning carpentry and eventually starting his own business, Dario Carpentry. He often works with recent immigrants as apprentices, encouraging them that they can find success in the United States as well. In a recent episode of “Stuck in Vermont,” Guizler shared his passion for his work and his experience becoming an American citizen. He has been working on renovating old homes in Burlington, and his work was featured in the episode. Guizler’s commitment to his job and the quality of his work have gained him many clients and a strong reputation in the community. His dedication to his craft and his success as an immigrant in the United States are an inspiration to others.
