Singer-songwriter Noah Kahan from Strafford, Vermont was recently named to Time magazine’s 2023 TIME100 Next list, which recognizes rising leaders in various fields. Brooklyn-via-Burlington rapper rivan released a new single titled “paper tabs,” which explores the theme of love and drug-induced highs. The Burlington City Arts Twilight Series showcased various Vermont bands, including Cosmic the Cowboy, at City Hall Park.
