In Plattsburgh, N.Y., Lake City producers Antwon Levee and Dust joined local hip-hop coalition the Joint Commission, which released “Hitmen.” The coalition hosts a live hip-hop series at Old Soul Design Shop in Plattsburgh, featuring VT performers.
