Dive into the grace, the power, and the frustrations of the Cyr wheel and discover your own voice and unique movement style. Krin will guide you in improving your technique and using your own style and tendencies to create compelling choreography that is truly your own. Oh, you’ll work on the various dives, splits, cartwheels, legs off tricks and coin spins and we’ll hone in on your problem areas, but you’ll leave feeling empowered to transform your skills into something greater.
Please wear comfortable, close-fitting training clothes and rubber soled shoes.
