Over the course of this 4 week series, you’ll learn:
– how to incorporate yoga into your training schedule.
– a short yoga warm up that doesn’t require a mat (so you’ll never have an excuse not to warm up ever again!)
– which post (run/ride) stretches are worth your time and effort (especially if you’re short on time.)
– how to train your lungs for increased aerobic capacity.
– a few techniques for boosting your recovery between training efforts.
