Welcome to Hilltown Holistic Center’s
TUESDAY Guided Group Meditations
facilitated by Sarah M Frye LMT and energy practitioner.
✨This meetup is suitable for both beginner to experienced meditators!
On Tuesday– you start the week not always knowing where it will go or what twists and turns it might take! This Mindfulness and Meditation focused group is the perfect way to get balanced and stay in the flow.
✨This group’s main focus is to create a safe space for individuals to come and practice meditation and mindfulness fundamentals themes and practices, no matter what your experience level. It is the Hilltown Holistic Center’s belief that there is not one way or right way to meditate. Meditation can be done by anyone and anywhere. This group is perfect for those who have “monkey minds” or just starting out. Meditation is meant to realign and balance our energies so we can be more present with ourselves and the world around us.
✨Flow of the group:
– Class Beings at 5:00 pm
– Group starts with a short introduction and a meditation instruction, if needed.
-Our guided meditations will be different each class.
Varying in imagery, type, and flow so those who join can get a change to try various types.
– Meditations usually end around 5:45 pm with time to relax and chat after your meditation. Ends at 6:00 pm
✨** Meetup is $10.00 a person for use of space
✨*** Please bring your own yoga mats, meditation pillows, and anything you need that will make your meditation experience the most comfortable for you. We have some pillows, blankets but may not have enough for everyone. We have plenty of fold out chairs available.
Sarah M Frye LMT is an energy practitioner at Hilltown Holistic Center, licensed massage therapist, Reiki Master Teacher as well as an artist. Sarah spent many years trying out different forms of meditation practices without finding one that “fit”. Through her experience she learned that there is not one “right way to meditate”. Meditation can be done even with a few short seconds, doing the dishes, or sitting for hours in silence. Thus the true the purpose of meditation is to bring yourself back to yourself even for a few short seconds.
