What do you do when diets and “lifestyle changes” aren’t making lasting change? When you are anxious and confused about what to eat? When you struggle to consistently eat in a way that helps you feel your best?
This four part workshop series takes you on a transformative journey. You will break free from your struggles with food so you can have the energy and focus to pursue your passion and purpose.
In this first workshop, you will learn why diets don’t work long term. The veil will be lifted and you will see clearly what has kept you stuck in a frustrating cycle with food (when you are “good” you are really good and when you are “bad,” you are horrible).
You will see a whole new way of approaching your self care and food choices and be given practices to implement that will lead to transformation.
Through the sequence of the next three workshops and 1:1 coaching, you will shift your thinking and deconstruct the diet mentality that keeps you locked into a cycle of struggle around food.
You will use your body’s innate wisdom and feedback to make conscious choices around food. This will enable you to have confidence and ease in making food choices that are right for you.
Each workshop is a combination of knowledge building and experiential learning. Practical application is essential for transformation to take place. Worksheets are provided to guide practice between sessions.
Support and customization of the process is also available through 1:1 coaching sessions at an additional cost.
It is highly recommended that you attend each workshop, however, catch up videos are available to help you understand the process and be ready to attend the next workshop.
