Restorative yoga promotes balance by helping us transition into our state of rest, digest, and heal promoting countless positive effects on the body and mind including relief from pain, anxiety, and stress, reduction in bodily inflammation and heart rate, releasing of chronic holding patterns, and improved immune and digestive function.
Incorporating fully supported postures, deep rest, and breathwork, each class will emphasize finding support and tapping into ease. Restorative Yoga is complementary to many other avenues of healing and is accessible to people of every age and ability!
