Community Qigong – gentle exercises aligning breath & movement

Keep your body moving as winter sets in, with community qigong class. This class gently exercises all of the body’s major joints, slowly and mindfully moving in alignment with your breath. The exercises were developed by a Chinese martial arts master who was an authority on health and longevity – the exercises can be done while sitting or standing, and people of all physical capabilities are welcome. Offered every Wednesday and Thursday morning at 9am, at Windhorse Naturopathic Clinic, 63 Western Avenue, Brattleboro VT. Suggested donation of $5 to $10.
