Event Details

The 16 Exercises for Health and Longevity are derived from the centuries-old method of xingyiquan. These exercises artfully combine physical movement with intention to stretch and “clean” all the joints of the body, while balancing the energetic system and remaining easy to learn and practice.

Classes are held outdoors, with appropriate social distancing between participants and instructor. Please bring a mask. Classes are $5 to $10 sliding scale donation.

Taught by Stefan Grace, who has been training and teaching qigong and the internal martial arts for over 15 years.
