Dependence and addiction to substances are often the body/mind signaling a search for deeper connection and love. Strange, some might say that one would seek satisfaction through the use of substances of all kinds. Well, not so strange if you consider the culture in which we live and the challenges we face with managing dis-stress.
Come explore and get in touch with the body/mind to increase awareness of our sensation seeking nature and practice calming the sometimes activated nervous system with humor, self-care, and the super-power of mindfulness.
