Namaste! Our menu features a variety of traditional dishes from all four regions of India, and many of the ingredients used in our dishes are sourced directly from our home country. We are committed to the highest quality standards. Northern Indian. We use Basmati rice that is grown in lush paddies at the foothills of the Himalayas as well as fine saffron, Kashmiri chili, fenugreek, ratanjot, mustard, star anise and black stone flower. Western India. Spices from this region of India blend food to extract the nutrients and bind them in a palatable form. There is an explosion of flavors on your palate! The delight of turmeric (known as golden spice), coriander, cumin and fennel. Eastern India. Bay-leaf, ajwain (carrom), bhut jolokia (ghost pepper). Southern India. Known as “The Spice Garden of India” Offering black pepper (known as the king of spices and black gold), cardamom (known as the queen of spices), cloves, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg from Southern India give our dishes a sweet, nutty aroma of spices commonly used in dishes originating from this region of the country.
