Fast Eddie’s Restaurant and Ice Cream Stand is a family owned, restaurant/ice cream shop with cooked to order food, delicious bakery items and ice cream in Brattleboro, VT. Our family has been in the food service industry for over 40 years. We opened Fast Eddie’s in 2008 and since then have become a Brattleboro icon, drawing customers from near and far. In the summer of 2018 a dining room was added for inside seating, allowing us to stay open year round. So what is Fast Eddie’s? A small family owned business that serves a full menu including burgers, hot dogs, fries, and the best lobster rolls in the area. On the weekends we bring in fresh seafood-scallops, cod/haddock and whole clams. We serve over 30 flavors of some of the best regional ice cream available and feature the creamiest creemees aka soft serve around. Beginning in the fall of 2018 we launched our breakfast menu. “Fast Eddie’s” symbolized the start and end of summer for many in the community and the picnic tables make for an enjoyable place to relax and enjoy your favorite Fast Eddie’s food and ice cream. Now with a dining room you can come in and enjoy a home cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner or one of our delicious treats- Eclairs— Cupcakes— Sundaes — Apple crisp a la mode —- Ice Cream Puff —Ice Cream Pie and frappes made with hard ice cream —– so good.
