Patient Mwibeleca is an 11th grader at Burlington Technical Center in Burlington, Vermont, where he has discovered a passion for photography. Patient came to Vermont from Tanzania in 2018. In 2020, Patient was honored as a Vermont Presidential Scholar for the Arts.
